The aim of this project is the repurpose the existing cement factory with expressive architecture and transform it into a warehouse while next to it, to design a new commercial space. This new space consists of sales spaces on the ground floor while the first floor is dedicated to offices, meeting rooms and administration. The architecture of the building is modern with industrial feel.
