MAIN SQUARE & CASTLE ZONE
The main interventions in this zone include renovation of the historic castle Brezovica which used to be a local landmark and introduction of the main square. It includes simple yet modern pavement, fountain, and seating with planters. The walkway around the lake is restored while new, modern footbridge connects the square, the lake and the castle.
EQUESTRIAN CENTRE ZONE
The size and connectivity of the area was crucial when choosing the location for the hippodrome. The facilities and their layout allow the organization of tournaments and better conditions for existing and new users. The new organization increases the efficiency and use of facilities and terrain to the satisfaction of users and animals themselves.
SPORTS-RECREATIONAL ZONE
The proposed sports complex would enhance the economic and social factors of Brezovica. This facility becomes a thriving hub for youth, families, seniors, civic organizations and local governments. Bolstering the community. Some of the facilities include: olympic pool, volleyball, basketball, badminton, tennis, climbing, bowling.
