The aim of the project is to design a residential apartment building, with a unique aesthetic and functional features of current modern homes. The main challenge of the project is the utilize in the optimal way the building plot without compromising the functionality and form of the building. There are 6 apartments and 2 duplexed, with two individual entrances.
The street façade is designed in a dynamic and multi-dimensional way to break the repetitiveness of the surrounding facades and bring a fresh and innovative look. Traditional urban materials are incorporated in a contemporary way in the façade design. Each of the apartment homes offer an open-concept floorplan, large balconies and thoughtful design with high-grade finishes.
